Unlike traditional calendars that count down to a holiday, ours features 16 unique life scenarios, celebrating and embracing the everyday challenges of life with a delicious chocolate treat.

2. How does Sweeter Days work? 
   Each Sweeter Days calendar contains 16 windows, each paired with a unique life scenario. When one of these scenarios happens to you, you can open the corresponding window and enjoy a sweet treat inside.

3. What’s in the box? 
   Chocolate and joy. Mainly chocolate though. And some cardboard because we care about the planet.

4. Are the chocolates inside Sweeter Days calendars suitable for everyone? 
   Yes, the chocolates included in our calendars are suitable for everyone, including children and adults. They are made with high-quality ingredients and are designed to bring a smile to your face.

5. Can I customise the scenarios in my Sweeter Days calendar? 
   Yes, we offer a customizable option where you can specify the 16 life scenarios that resonate with you or the recipient. This makes it a perfect personalised gift for any occasion.

6. Are the calendars REALLY 100% recyclable?

   Oh yes, absolutely! We went all-in on making sure our calendars are as kind to the planet as they are to your taste buds. Let’s break it down:

   • Mailing Boxes: Cardboard, ready for another adventure.
   • Outer Calendar Box: Cardboard, because we believe in a strong and sustainable exterior.
   • Inner Trays: -You guessed it! Cardboard (we folded each one by hand, with love).
   • Foil and Paper Wrappers: Fully recyclable, because we care about the small details.

     So, enjoy your chocolates guilt-free and feel great about recycling every part of our calendar!

7. Are the ingredients REALLY that good in the chocolate?
   

   You bet they are! Our chocolates are as pure as a puppy’s love. Here’s the delicious breakdown:

   • Cocoa Butter: This silky smooth ingredient is what makes our chocolate melt in your mouth, not in your hand. Plus, it’s natural and plant-based!

   • Cocoa Mass: The heart of chocolate, giving you that rich, deep flavor you crave.
   • Lactose and Whey Powder: More dairy love for extra smoothness and taste.

   Currently, we primarily serve customers within the UK. However, we are exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to other regions in the future.

11. What payment methods do you accept? 
    We accept major credit and debit cards for online payments through our secure checkout process. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

12. Can I return or exchange my Sweeter Days calendar?
    We want you to be delighted with your Sweeter Days experience. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. However, please note that customised calendars cannot be refunded once they have been made. You can cancel your order up until production has started. Additionally, please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel any orders if the custom calendar content is deemed offensive.

13. Is there a limit to how many I can purchase?
    
    
    Yes, you can purchase up to 18 Sweeter Days calendars. This limit is in place due to changes in delivery costs and preparation time for larger orders.
